Reico leads Gojek in data initiatives in the field of marketing analytics, with his current focus on automation and self-service analytics within the organisation.
Partnering with marketing teams across ASEAN, he has launched projects that have enabled inter-team insight generation and influenced marketing strategies. Alongside this, Reico has been active in knowledge sharing, with the aim of propagating the notion of “data-driven decisions” within the organisation.
His prior experience spans across marketing agencies and client firms, and has been, in many occasions, a part of newly formed teams tasked with digital transformation.
