Anna Ritchie is the Head of Global Digital Content Strategy & Operations at BIC. She has spent more than 10 years delivering measurable business results across all aspects of digital content marketing, brand storytelling, E-commerce and social media in the consumer goods industry. Prior to her time at BIC, Anna was the Director of Content and Community at the Campbell Soup Company. There, she led the content marketing, social and influencer marketing and digital operations and analytics across the Campbell Snacks division. In her current role, Anna is responsible for managing BIC’s global digital content vision and is leading her team to build up more robust content production, operational and systems capabilities for the organisation.
Anna is a member of the ANA Digital and Content Marketing Committees. She is a graduate of Loyola University in Maryland and holds an M.A. in English from Seton Hall University, USA.
