Joe is responsible for YOTEL’s global commercial strategy on sales, revenue, distribution, e-commerce, and digital marketing. He also serves as a Director of Revenue Maximisation at Starwood Capital Group, where he is responsible for the commercial strategy of all hotels in Europe and Asia, which include a collection of both globally and independently branded hotels.

Joe brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having held various leadership positions at some of the most celebrated companies, such as The Principal Hotel Company, The Palms Casino & Resorts, and Expedia, where he completed key initiatives, such as the launch of multiple award-winning websites, a new loyalty scheme, and a CRM.
