He is responsible for driving strategic marketing, customer, partnership and communications initiatives to achieve business growth, uplift customer experience, customer-centricity and loyalty across the group. Prior to his current appointment at FairPrice Group, Alvin has over 20 years of local and international brand, business and marketing management experience.
