Where and when will the event be held?

Digital Marketing Asia 2022 will take place in Singapore, from 15-17 November. This year’s event also offers virtual attendance through our online platform. All times and dates reflected in the website and brochures are in SGT (GMT+8).

Can I customise my learning and select which sessions to attend under either track I and track II?
Yes, delegates have the choice to customise their learning and select between attending track I or track II sessions throughout the day.
Will I be able to get access to sessions from other days that I did not attend?
You will only have access to the materials to the sessions under the pass you registered for. For example, if you have registered for one-day access pass for Day 1 (15 Nov), you will have access to both tracks I and II even if you attended mainly track I sessions.
Can I cancel my conference registration? What is your refund policy?
No cancellation is allowed upon registration. There will be no refund made for non-attendance. However, if you are unable to attend, you may pass your ticket/login details to another party. Kindly note that our system will only accept one unique login per user at a time.
Will I be able to receive speaker presentation slides?
Yes, you will be able to download the slides upon completion of feedback form at the end of each day you are attending. Please note that only slides approved by speakers will be downloadable.
As a virtual attendee, will I be able to download presentation records?
Recordings will be available for viewing only, no download is allowed.
