When and where is this event held?

Digital Marketing Asia conference will take place from 9 – 25 November 2021. It is a fully virtual conference for you to attend from the comfort and safety of your home or office. All times and dates reflected in the website and brochures are in SGT (GMT+8). 

Can participants download the videos?

No, however we will ensure that participants can login for a limited time post-event and rewatch the sessions they are interested in.

If participants can have access to past recordings – how long AFTER the virtual conference can they still access the videos on the virtual conference platform?

Participants will have up to 60 days of VOD playback access after the virtual conference.

If the original person who signed up cannot attend, can he/she share his/her user ID and login details for another colleague to dial in?

Yes. You can let a friend/colleague login with your details, but do note that you will be automatically logged out if you try to login from more than one device.

When will delegates receive their log in instructions?

Details of the login guideline will be sent to delegates approximately one week prior to the event date. 

Will there be ‘notes’ or ‘presentations’ that participants can download? Or will it be sent to them?

Yes, like all our conferences, approved speaker presentations will be made available to delegates post-event, upon completion of our feedback form.

Technically, is it possible for a single paid customer to log in from 2 or more devices to stream the virtual conference?

No, the system will log you out automatically if it detects two logins from the same ID.

Can I cancel my conference registration? What is your refund policy?

No cancellation is allowed upon registration. There will be no refund made for non-attendance. However, if you are unable to attend, you may assign your login details to another party. Kindly note that our system will only accept one unique login per user at a time.

Must I attend all 3 weeks of the virtual conference?

No. Whilst we highly recommend you to attend all three themes, you will be able to choose your preferred theme week at the point of registration.

How can I network with other delegates and/or speakers during the conference?

There will be a public chat function on the platform where you can interact with other delegates and/or speakers. You can make use of this to network with the exhibitors at their respective virtual booths too.

Can I still tune in to the podcast if I do not have an account?

Unfortunately, you will need to be registered to Spotify to access our podcast. But the good news is, Spotify registrations are free! NOTE: You can access them via our website and social channels, WITHOUT Spotify account. 

Can I share this link with my colleagues?

No, this is a unique link tagged to you only. Sharing it might log you out of the room.

Can we download the recordings?

Recordings will be available for viewing only, no download is allowed.

Will I be able to receive the slides?

You will be able to download the slides upon completion of feedback form at the end of each day. Please note that only slides approved by speakers will be downloadable.

Is the conference HRDF claimable in Malaysia?

Yes, HRDF-registered employers in Malaysia would be able to claim rebates under SBL scheme.
