
Vincent Ong Senior Vice President, Marketing APAC

Vincent Ong is the Senior Vice President Marketing APAC and General Manager for Commercial Sales & Marketing for SEA countries. His primary objective is to increase the SEA topline business and contribute to the growth acceleration in the APAC Business Unit. He also helms APAC Marketing by driving the region’s vision and activation to build a stronger Club Med brand that is preferred by families, active couples, as well as business-leisure clients.
Prior to this appointment, Vincent Ong joined Club Med as the Vice President of Marketing and heads up marketing for the Asia Pacific region encompassing Brand and Tactical Marketing, Digital, Communications and PR, CRM, Loyalty and Marketing Partnerships. In his role, he defined and executed the regional vision and overall marketing strategy aimed at brand building and demand generation into Club Med resorts worldwide to meet business objectives. His scope included driving brand positioning, awareness and preferences; development and deployment of digital vision and strategies which includes paid search campaigns, organic search strategies, mobile, tactical marketing, digital platforms, content marketing and social media; developing and driving Brand and Corporate PR strategies; driving CRM aimed at retention and loyalty; deploying the Great Members loyalty programme and driving strategic marketing partnerships.
He works closely with the Global Marketing, Digital & Technology teams as well as Country Marketing teams to drive marketing objectives as well as collaborate on new innovative initiatives in the digital, distribution and mobile. In 2019, he extended his scope to cover Marketing for the whole of Asia Pacific, aimed at elevating Club Med as the leading operator for premium all-inclusive family holidays in the region.
