GLOBAL Director Marketing effectiveness and Media Lead

Xuan currently serves as the global marketing effectiveness director for L’Oréal’s consumer product division. In this role, she leads the development of investment guidelines for beauty engagement touchpoints across all categories. Additionally, she oversees the development and scaling of marketing measurement programs in over 20 markets.

With 15 years of experience in marketing effectiveness, Xuan brings a wealth of knowledge gained from diverse markets across Asia, Europe, and the America. Her career is marked by a strong track record of strategic thinking, advanced analytical skills, and a demonstrated ability to deliver commercially impactful actions. Before joining L’Oréal, Xuan honed her expertise at leading media agencies and advertisers. Most notably, she was the global media and brand analytics lead at Unilever, where she led the implementation and scaling of a global marketing investment allocation program. This program, spanning all five Unilever divisions and 26 priority markets, proved instrumental in guiding crucial investment decisions during the turbulent COVID-19 period and a significant organisational restructuring phase.

Xuan is an economics graduate from London School of Economics and Politics Science. She is now based in Paris.
