Nisha runs a digital product design startup where she helps clients navigate the intersection of technology and human relationships to uncover the secret sauce to craft delightful user experiences. She founded AGL.SG to help brands get out of their heads and into the wild to successfully adapt grow and lead in this digital first era using a combination of strategy, design and technology.

She is on a mission to bust design myths such as, “UX is merely about making things look pretty”. A huge proponent of design sprints, she has successfully run design sprints that resulted in interactive prototypes in less than a week. Prior to embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, she served as a digital strategist/business analyst at digital agencies such as Huge Inc and tech consultant at Accenture for over 8 years serving clients across the globe.
