Since joining DBS in 2006, Raju has successfully led teams in institutionalising the Customer Journey Approach regionally across the bank, and embedded human-centred design as a key to journey design and innovation, and served as Head of the Customer Journey Design Lab for DBS Bank from 2014 to 2016.
He is currently the Group Head of Customer Experience, Consumer Banking & Wealth Management Group at DBS Bank, where he leads the customer journey experience and culture function across the retail, wealth and digiBank franchises of the Consumer Banking and Wealth management Group.
