Currently the Head of Retail at Love, Bonito, Yi Lyn is and has been instrumental in spearheading the growth of the digitally-native brand’s retail arm; facilitating a seamless transition from online to offline. Since joining in 2017, she now manages a team of more than 150 retail staff across all Singapore stores and is responsible for delivering the physical experience of Love, Bonito’s brand values, and the heart of the brand.

Prior to this, Yi Lyn spent the last 5 years in leadership positions at Uniqlo Singapore. With a background in Economics, Yi Lyn is skilled in inventory management, executing sales and profit achievement plans, and more importantly, staff training and development to deliver the best-in-class service and the differentiated, delightful customer experience that Love, Bonito is reputed for.
