She is a skilled Customer Experience, CRM and loyalty strategist with over 16 years of experience across APAC and the UK/Europe. She has been with RAPP for 7 years, first in the UK and now leading strategy in Singapore.

Clark works with APAC & MENA clients in the Automotive, Luxury, Travel & Retail industries, and is also part of the RAPP Global Leadership team, enabling her to tap into the global network for sharing and collaboration. She is adept at omnichannel customer experience planning and loyalty, understanding how to execute first-party data strategies and supporting businesses in their digital transformations.
