Goh Theng Kiat is a senior business leader with more than 30 years’ experience in marketing, communications, and business management. Most recently, he was chief customer officer at Prudential Singapore, where he led brand, marketing, customer segmentation, business generation and customer experience. He championed customer-first initiatives, and advanced digital strategies to strengthen Prudential’s position as a trusted life insurer. Goh now sits on the board of three companies, a Finternet company and two sports promoter companies providing strategic steer and governance to these companies. Goh is recognised for aligning brand and business objectives, building stakeholder trust, and delivering impactful growth through insight-driven and innovative approaches. Before joining Prudential, Goh was in global, regional and local management positions in organisations including OCBC Bank, Akzo Nobel Decorative Paints, Imperial Tobacco and Proctor & Gamble.
