Peilin Lee is a marketing and brand strategist, coach and TEDx speaker with over 20 years of experience across leading global brands, including Nespresso, Johnson & Johnson and Heineken. As former head of marketing at Nespresso Singapore, she led teams across brand, consumer experience, CRM, loyalty and consumer insights, creating connected, omnichannel experiences across retail, e-commerce and consumer touchpoints. During COVID, she helped lead Nespresso’s pivot from boutique-led to digital customer journeys, building on existing CX foundations to respond to rapidly changing consumer behaviour.
