Basker Rangachari is a highly-acclaimed C-level executive with over 32 years of multi-functional, multi-national, multi-country leadership experience. Basker’s previous employment includes to have worked with MasterCard, Standard Chartered, FE Credit, Mashreq, Damac, Schlumberger and E&Y. Basker has also had international assignments in Australia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Dubai, Singapore and Vietnam.

He has pioneered digital and social marketing in SCB, Mashreq and FEC across ten platforms. He also designed convergence of multiple applications, into a single omni-channel platform. He was also responsible to have designed and launched global award-winning loyalty program (360 Rewards) in ten countries. Basker’s deep expertise lies in loyalty, customer experience, digital transformation and marketing.

Basker has won many awards for his achievements which include being Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the Year in 2019, Customer Relationship Management Director of the Year in 2019, Fifty Most Talented CMOs Award in 2013, to have developed Number # 1 Bank Rewards Program in 2012, and Gold Award for Social Media Marketing in 2011 to name a few.
