Joanne Lim is Head of Marketing at Virgin Active where she is vital in aligning the brand’s positioning in Singapore and creating transformational changes for its members. Originally on Virgin Active’s Southeast Asia launch team in 2013, she was integral to the brand’s expansion into the region and opened nine clubs in less than five years. She left and re-joined the organisation in 2021.

Joanne has more than 15 years’ experience in integrated marketing strategies across multiple industries, constantly creating new, unique experiences for brands and businesses. Outside of her day job, Joanne is a F&B entrepreneur with a mod-Sin noodle bar, Ebi Bar, located at Cuppage Plaza.
