As Managing Director for Southeast Asia & Distributor Markets, Asia at Coty, Kristina leads the development and implementation of Coty’s Prestige and Consumer Beauty business strategy to increase market share, grow the group’s revenues and strengthen its presence across the region.

Kristina joined Coty as Vice President of Southeast Asia and Distributor Markets Asia in 2021. Building on a strong foothold in the beauty retail industry with over two decades of experience, Kristina has led and supported the growth of leading global beauty players and brandsincluding L’Oréal, Shiseido, LVMH group and The Body Shop during her roles covering the local, regional and travel retail markets.

Kristina holds a master’s degree in International Business Managementfrom Humboldt University Berlin with additional degrees from St. Gallen University, Switzerland and ESCP-EAP in Paris, France. She lives in Singapore with her husband and daughter.
