Lawrence has been working in Sembcorp Urban since 2003 and holds dual appointments as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Senior Vice-President (SVP). Managing a cross-cultural team with international marketing responsibilities in driving investment to 14 projects in 4 Asian countries – China, Indonesia, Myanmar and Vietnam. Sembcorp urban projects cover both industrial and township spanning over 12,000 hectares (120 square kilometres), creating a sustainable living eco-system with jobs and homes for 220,000 people.

He is recognised as one of the Global 100 Marketing Leaders by World Marketing Congress. Lawrence has also been awarded the APAC Leaders & Achievers Award (Business Leadership) by the Asian Confederation of Business.
