Susanne Arfelt

Based in Singapore, Susanne leads Fonterra’s regional operations across SEA. She is responsible for all functions to define and support the implementation of the most
sustainably effective and competitively, superior products to achieve growth for the Cooperative.

She places a lot of pride in delighting the SEA consumers and customers with
Fonterra’s high quality dairy products across its Consumer and Foodservice business.

Prior to her current role, Susanne was the Vice President for Asia Pacific; at McCormick, where she was responsible for the ingredient business and represented the region on the Global Flavour Solution Council.

Previously, Susanne’s 15-year long career with Unilever saw her working as Country
Director for Singapore and across global, regional and local marketing roles in the
Netherlands, the Nordics and South East Asia. She hold a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Business and an EMBA from Insead-Tsinghua.
